SSC CGL Admit Card 2017 Tier 1 Exam @

SSC released the region wise admit cards for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2017. From now on, candidates from any SSC Region can download their roll numbers using their Region specific SSC website. The CGL Admit Cards for all states have been released region wise.

CGL Statistics: More than 3 Million (30,26,598 Lakh) candidates have applied for the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2017. It is quite low compared to 38,04,000 candidates for CGL Tier I 2017 Exam. In 2015, just 17,86,047 candidates took part in Tier 1 test.

CGL Admit Card will be released after 29th July 2017. There are many applicants who have opted for the Scribe facility but haven’t mentioned their disability status in the form. Such candidates have been given the last chance to update their application details till July 29, 2017.

How to Prepare for CGL Exam

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had delayed the CGL Notification this year. Earlier, the details recruitment notice was expected to be out in March but it was actually published in the middle of May. This year, the pattern has been changed for this examination. Latest Update: SSC CGL Exam dates have been revised. Now, CGLE shall take place from 5th to 24th August instead of 1st to 20th August 2017. There won’t be any exam on 7th, 13th , 14th and 15th August, 2017, says the official notice.

Now candidates have pulled up their socks to appear for Tier I examination which will be commenced in August 2017. CGLE Tier 1 is scheduled to be held in August month. This exam has been in questioning due to the paper leak and fraud inclusion in past year which caused its re-conduction too. How to download SSC CGL Admit Card for Tier I Exam 2017?

Instructions on downloading CGL 2017 Tier I Admit Card:

  1. Visit the regional SSC website according to your state.
  2. Then enter Roll Number or Registered ID number. If you don’t have any of these then you can retrieve credentials using the “Forgot Registration Number” section on SSC web page. You need to enter first three characters of candidate’s name and his / her father name along with aspirant’s date of birth to get your forgotten application ID.
  3. Once you entered your registration no, press the “Search Status” or any submission button on the website to download your SSC CGL Tier I Exam Admit Card.

All tiers for this exam are of qualifying nature which means you must clear the first tier to get entry to next tier. Candidates clearing Tier I head over to Tier II examination and qualifiers of Tier 2 takes part in the Tier III. Last step (Tier 4) includes the document verification and medical test which ensures your final selection through the CGL exam.

From the year 2015, the interview has been removed from all exams conducted by SSC. So there won’t be any interview or personality test for CGL 2017 Recruitment.
