Haryana Subordinate Courts Clerk Admit Card 2017, Exam Date Notice

Punjab & Haryana Subordinate Court Clerk Admit Card 2017, Exam Date is now available at sssc.gov.in website. Society for Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts (SSSC) is going to conduct the written exam for Clerks on 26th March 2017. The recruitment for 327 Clerks in Haryana Subordinate Courts was advertised last year.

Punjab & Haryana High Court Admit Card 2017 has been issued on for Clerk (New Recruitment) exam  at sssc.gov.in website. Roll numbers for this written test are available online ONLY. Same as other recruitment, admit cards won’t be dispatched physically, aspirants have to grab them using online mode.

The objective type test is scheduled to be conducted for the posts of Clerks in the Subordinate Courts of Punjab. The examination shall be taken at various venues in Chandigarh, Kurukshetra, Panchkula, Ambala, and Mohali.

Punjab Haryana High Court Admit Card Downloading Process

The E-Admit Cards for the provisionally eligible candidates will be available on the court’s website. The Emails/SMS about the release of the roll number shall also be sent to the eligible applicants.

The candidates are advised to download and take print out of their admit card by opening the website www.sssc.gov.in and then entering their registration ID and password.

Registration ID and Password sent to your E-mail-Id & Phone while registrations should be used to grab the call letters. The list of rejected candidates for this preliminary Examination shall also be available.

Many candidates have been rejected due to being over-aged or failing to pay the application fee in required time frame. There are many other reasons that can be checked from the list file.

Cut Off: 33% in each portion and 40% marks in the aggregate of both subjects.

Candidates who had applied for the posts and are found eligible by the recruitment board will be able to take a seat in the preliminary examination. The paper pattern shall be as per following:

  • This test will be having objective type questions only.
  • Total 100 questions shall be in the high court clerk paper.
  • Due to negative evaluation, 0.25 Mark/wrong answer will be cut from the score.
  • The duration of this examination is 2 Hours.

Further Selection Process for Clerks in Punjab Haryana High Court: Once the written examination is done, the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) shall take place.

Qualifying the CPT is essential but marks from the computer test won’t be added to the final merit list. It is a qualifying nature test.

CPT has two parts: The First Part is Word Processing Test in which candidates need to clear the Computer Typing Test with speed of 30 Words per Minute in English. The Part II is Spread Sheet Test.

In last, the candidates shall be called for the documents verification and then the selection shall be made on the basis of merit lsit in the written examination.
