Maharashtra Council of Examination, Pune has declared the results of MAHA TET 2017 after the final answer key is released. All candidates who have qualified for the B.Ed examination must take the TET examination. This examination shall determine appointments to the positions of teachers in schools of Maharashtra.

MAHA TET result 2017 has been announced on the official website of Maharashtra Council of examination, which is, www.mahatet.in. The examination results of the candidate are uploaded Paper Wise on the candidate’s official account. Both Paper I and Paper II marks become available on the same day.

Candidates are requested to note that qualifying in MAHA TET 2017 Score doesn’t entitle one candidate to one particular job. Candidates have to secure the minimum cut off marks and qualify in the examination to be selected for a personal interview and document verification session.
This examination is a state level examination that determines if a candidate is suitable to be appointed as teachers of primary students and secondary students.
The recruitment of a candidate to a particular school depends wholly on the procedure followed by the school in question. Schools often hold interview sessions for finalizing the recruitment of candidates. This entirely depends on the discretion of the school.
Candidates who are seeking recruitment as primary teachers concerning classes 1 to 5 must appear for TET examination paper I and candidates who want to work as secondary teachers concerning classes 5 to 10 must appear for TET examination paper 2.

- To check the results, candidates need to visit the official website and log in to their candidate account.
- They must enter their registration details, like login ID and password.
- Then, candidates must be asked to write the CAPTCHA keys as mentioned.
- After successfully providing all the information asked for, candidates shall be displayed the results of MAHA TET 2017.
The Answer sheets shall be carefully evaluated and candidates must remember that the minimum cut off shall be set in accordance with the categories one belongs to. Different cut off marks shall be set for general candidates and reserved candidates.
Maha TET Cut Off: While reserved candidates shall obtain a minimum of 55 percent marks, general candidates must obtain a minimum of 60 percent marks. All the best.
